Are you ready to jump into a wild flow? The wilds of Hawai'i are all around us, and Sunny can help you see them, name them, and use them in your daily life. Maybe it's your own backyard, favorite hiking trail, community park, or friend's property you've been curious about. What's growing there that you could eat? The gift of wild foods is that they are all around us, and they give us an opportunity to connect, to become a part of through eating, the 'aina from which we live. This practice of eating wild foods leads to health and healing through our honoring of that wild vitality.
